Each Suite has its own rate associated within the building which varies on a number of factors including size, windows and location within the facility. Our suite pricing is upfront, the cost is all inclusive and charges on a weekly bases. There are no fees for utilities, no coins to deal with for laundry and we keep it simple for a reason. What you see is what you get, making things simple for you to focus on your business and growing your client base.

Yes, we offer single suites within the Matawan facility however if you have a business partner it is possible to split a suite as long as you are not overlapping work hours. Alternatively, if you would both like to work the same hours we can do our best to provide neighboring suites within the facility or closer locations.
