Do you help me along in getting set up?

Yes, we provide the guidance and steps necessary to become a fully licensed Salon Suite owner. This includes providing the links, templated documentation, inspection steps and of course the guidance needed until you are the boss with your very own Suite business.

Is the Suite life right for me?

There are a variety of factors that come with this decision and depends on individual circumstances. Ultimately, working for yourself comes with the flexibility, freedom and financial gains that working for someone cannot. We can assist in providing some calculators and financial models as needed to determine if it makes sense for you.

What types of professionals operate from your Suites?

We look to partner with Hair Stylists, Med Spa, Botox/Fillers, Permanent Makeup, IV Therapy, Colorists, Cosmetologists, Estheticians, Skin Care Specialists and more. Don't see your field, please reach out to see if a suite is a possibility for your trade.

What is the cost of a suite?

Each Suite has its own rate associated within the building which varies on a number of factors including size, windows and location within the facility. Our suite pricing is upfront, the cost is all in per week, no fees for utilities, no coins to deal with for laundry. What you see is what you get making things simple for you to focus on your business and growing your client base.

Are you offering any promotions?

As a new Suite incentive we are offering up to 4 weeks for free with additional incentives for referrals. Reach out to find out more.

I want to open a Suite with someone. Do you have double units?

We only offer single suites within the Matawan facility but we always do our best to accommodate specific location requests to arrange neighboring while availability allows.
